Korean Bedding Made for Your Bed
Our custom-made bedding service gives you more flexibility than choosing a standard ready-made product. Select the colour you prefer and order bedding in dimensions that work for your bed.
This service is particularly useful for customers looking for King, Super King or larger Korean bedding, as well as customers who want more coverage down the sides of their bed.
Once your specifications are confirmed, the bedding is individually made in Korea using CM 60s Bio-Washed 100% Cotton fabric.
CM 60s Bio-Washed 100% Cotton
CM — Combed Cotton
- CM stands for Combed Cotton.
- During yarn production, cotton fibres undergo an additional combing process that removes shorter fibres and helps create a more uniform yarn.
- This produces a cleaner and smoother cotton yarn suitable for fabrics used directly against the skin.
60s — Fine Cotton Yarn
- The number 60s refers to the cotton yarn count, not thread count.
- In this yarn-count system, a higher number represents a finer yarn.
- 60s cotton therefore uses finer yarn than commonly used 20s or 30s cotton yarn.
Bio-Washed Finish
- Bio-washing is an enzyme-finishing process commonly used on cotton fabrics.
- The treatment helps remove small protruding fibres from the surface of the cotton.
- This helps create a smoother surface with less loose fuzz and a reduced tendency to pill.
- The finished fabric has a clean, soft and naturally matte appearance.
97-Inch-Wide Fabric
- The fabric is approximately 97 inches (246 cm) wide.
- The extra width gives the manufacturer more fabric to work with when producing larger bedding.
- This is particularly useful when making bedding for Australian King and Super King beds.

It can be difficult to judge subtle colour differences between shades such as Ivory, Cream, Light Beige, Greige, Mint and Sage from a screen.
The physical CM 60s Bio-Washed Cotton swatch collection is available at our Kozy House store in Cabramatta NSW. You can see the actual colours, feel the fabric and discuss the dimensions you require before placing your order.
Custom Order Production & Delivery
This is not a ready-made stock item. Production begins after your selected colour, dimensions and order details have been confirmed.
Custom orders generally take approximately 2–3 weeks for production in Korea and delivery to Australia. Timing may vary depending on production schedules and international transport.
Because the bedding is produced according to the specifications you approve, please check the dimensions, colour and other order details carefully before confirming your order.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I order King or Super King bedding?
Yes. Larger bedding sizes are one of the main reasons we offer this custom-made service. Please contact us with the size you need so we can confirm the suitable dimensions before production.
Can I request custom dimensions?
Yes. Custom dimensions can be discussed before the order is confirmed. This can be useful for non-standard beds or customers who prefer additional coverage around the sides of the bed.
What does CM 60s mean?
CM means Combed Cotton, while 60s refers to the cotton yarn count. The fabric is made using relatively fine combed cotton yarn and then receives a bio-washed enzyme finish.
What is bio-washed cotton?
Bio-washing is an enzyme-finishing process that helps remove small protruding cotton fibres from the surface of the fabric. This creates a smoother surface with less loose fuzz and can reduce the tendency for pilling.
Can I see the actual fabric before ordering?
Yes. The complete colour swatch collection can be viewed at our Kozy House store in Cabramatta NSW. We recommend viewing the physical swatches if exact colour selection is important.
How long does a custom order take?
Production in Korea and delivery to Australia generally take approximately 2–3 weeks after the specifications are confirmed. Actual timing may vary depending on production and transport.
Can I change the colour or size after ordering?
Please contact us immediately if you need to make a change. Once production has started, changes may no longer be possible because the bedding is being made specifically to the confirmed specifications.
Changes, Cancellations & Returns
Custom-made bedding is produced specifically according to the colour and dimensions confirmed for your order.
Once production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Custom-made products are generally not accepted for change-of-mind returns when they have been produced according to the specifications confirmed by the customer.
This does not exclude any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law where a product is faulty, damaged, not as described, or otherwise fails to meet applicable consumer guarantees.
