How long will it take to deliver my order?
We ship out locally from our stores in Cabramatta NSW to Australia-wide.
Standard Local Delivery times (Australia Wide)
- Sydney Metro : Typically within 3-5 business days.
- Regional or Interstate : Varies depends on the service providers. Typically takes about 3-10 business days.
Express Local Delivery times (Australia Wide)
- Sydney Metro : Typically within 1-3 business days.
- Regional or Interstate : Varies depends on the service providers. Typically takes about 1-4 business days.
How much is the delivery?
Delivery costs are calculated at the checkout page. Normally the case, it is $8.80 per order Australia wide.
What if I want to have my item sent via Express post?
Sometimes you cannot wait for normal delivery times. If you want to expedite the delivery, you can simply choose Express Delivery option upon your checkout stage.
Where & When can I pick up my orders?
If you have opted In-store pickup for your order, you can pick up your orders at our offline shops between 9 AM to 5 PM Monday to Sunday (Including Public Holidays).

You'll be notified when your orders are ready for pickup at our store. Normally the case, the item is ready for pick up on the very next day you complete your checkout.
Returns
How do I return my order?
You have to let us know within 7 days and return the product in its original packaging and conditions within 14 days. You'll have to pay the cost of returning the items to us.

How do you process Return & Refund?
Once we receive your item, we verify the receipt & original conditions of the products.
We'll process the refund within 14 days after we complete our checks for original conditions.
Refund can take place via bank transfer or credit card cancellations. We'll notify you the progress of the transactions.
