Shipping and Delivery
We always strive to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours after they are placed. Shipping charges will be calculated at the checkout page. Normally the case, it is $8.80 per order (Not per item).
Items shipped from our shop in Australia
For domestic products, we ship locally from our physical store in Cabramatta NSW via AustraliaPost. The speed of domestic delivery is estimated as below.
- Standard Delivery : 2 - 7 working days
- Express Delivery : 1 - 3 working days
A tracking number should be provided for all shipments. Customers are responsible for tracking their parcels and liaising directly with the delivery provider for any issues, including delays, lost items, or other delivery-related concerns.

- Regional or Interstate : Varies depends on the service providers. Typically takes about 3-10 business days.
Express Delivery times (Australia Wide)
- Sydney Metro : Typically within 1-3 business days.
- Regional or Interstate : Varies depends on the service providers. Typically takes about 2-5 business days.
How much is the delivery?
Delivery charges are calculated at the checkout page. Normally the case, it is calculated flat $8.80 per order (Not per item)
What if I want to have express post for my items?
Sometimes you cannot wait for normal delivery times. If you want to expedite the delivery, you can simply choose Express Post option on checkout page. Additional charges will be applied.
Where & When can I pick up my orders?
If you have opted In-store pickup for your order, you can pick up your orders at our offline shops between 9 AM to 5 PM Monday to Sunday (Including Public Holidays).
