How Custom Order Works

• Many customers prefer to visit Kozy House in person before ordering so they can see the colours and feel the fabric for themselves.
• Step 1: Choose the fabric.
• Step 2: Choose the colour.
• Step 3: Choose the size.
• Step 4: Order placed with our manufacturer in Korea.
• Step 5: Pick up at Kozy House.

Estimated Lead Time

• Approximately 2–3 weeks from order placement to pick-up-ready in Australia.

• These sizes have been selected with Australian bed sizes in mind. Because the bedding is made to order, dimensions can also be adjusted according to your preference.

Pillowcases & Cushion Covers

• Matching pillowcases are included depending on bedding size. Additional pillowcases or cushion covers can also be made from the same fabric. Additional costs may apply.
