Our custom-made bedding service gives you more flexibility than choosing a standard ready-made product. Select the colour you prefer and order bedding in dimensions that work for your bed.
This service is particularly useful for customers looking for King, Super King or larger Korean bedding, as well as customers who want more coverage down the sides of their bed.
Once your specifications are confirmed, the bedding is individually made in Korea using MMO 60s Lenzing MicroModal® 100% (Tencel™ Modal).

How Custom Order Works
Select from available MMO 60s Lenzing Micromodal colours.
Choose the required size or provide the dimensions you would like us to make.
We confirm the colour, dimensions and order details with you before production begins.
Your bedding is individually produced by our bedding manufacturer in Korea.
Production and delivery to Australia generally take approximately 2–3 weeks.

Custom Order Production & Delivery
This is not a ready-made stock item. Production begins after your selected colour, dimensions and order details have been confirmed.
Custom orders generally take approximately 2–3 weeks for production in Korea and delivery to Australia. Timing may vary depending on production schedules and international transport.
Because the bedding is produced according to the specifications you approve, please check the dimensions, colour and other order details carefully before confirming your order.

Can I order King or Super King bedding?
Yes. Larger bedding sizes are one of the main reasons we offer this custom-made service. Please contact us with the size you need so we can confirm the suitable dimensions before production.
Can I request custom dimensions?
Yes. Custom dimensions can be discussed before the order is confirmed. This can be useful for non-standard beds or customers who prefer additional coverage around the sides of the bed.
Can I see the actual fabric before ordering?
Yes. The complete colour swatch collection can be viewed at our Kozy House store in Cabramatta NSW. We recommend viewing the physical swatches if exact colour selection is important.
How long does a custom order take?

Can I change the colour or size after ordering?
Please contact us immediately if you need to make a change. Once production has started, changes may no longer be possible because the bedding is being made specifically to the confirmed specifications.
Changes, Cancellations & Returns
Custom-made bedding is produced specifically according to the colour and dimensions confirmed for your order.
Once production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Custom-made products are generally not accepted for change-of-mind returns when they have been produced according to the specifications confirmed by the customer.
This does not exclude any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law where a product is faulty, damaged, not as described, or otherwise fails to meet applicable consumer guarantees.
